Founded in 1982, Jean Paul Gaultier’s eponymous label is known for its boundary-pushing designs, through Gaultier’s personal exploration of the "meeting point between what you look like and what you are like." Self-dubbed as the "enfant terrible" of French fashion, Gaultier’s designs challenge societal norms, blending humor with provocation and transforming fashion into a tool for self-expression.

This jacket features a wool body with a deep burgundy pattern and a gold-tone front zipper. The collarless neckline, pocket trim, and cuffs are finished with black edging. The cut is relaxed with slight gathers at the hem, giving it a slightly boxy 80s silhouette.
